1. Information we collect

Gita Path does not require an account, login, phone number, email address, or payment information.

In the current version, we do not collect personal information, device identifiers, location, contacts, photos, camera data, microphone data, browsing history, or advertising identifiers.

2. Information stored on your device

The app may save your reading progress, bookmarks, selected language, and text-size preference locally on your Android device. This information is used only to make the reading experience work as expected.

These local preferences are not transmitted to us and are not connected to a user account. They are removed when you clear the app’s storage or uninstall the app, subject to your device’s backup settings.

3. How information is used

Because the current version does not collect personal information, we do not use personal information for advertising, profiling, behavioral analytics, marketing, or selling.

4. Sharing and third parties

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties in the current version.

There are currently no advertising, analytics, login, cloud-storage, or social-network SDKs in the app. If a future version adds a service that collects or shares data, this policy and the Google Play Data safety declaration will be updated before that feature is released.

5. Security

The current version does not transmit personal information. We still take reasonable steps to keep the app and its distribution materials maintained and secure.

6. Children’s privacy

Gita Path is not directed primarily to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Data retention and deletion

We do not maintain a server-side account or personal-data database for the current version. Local reading preferences remain on your device until you clear the app’s storage or uninstall the app.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app’s features or data practices change. The updated version will be posted at this same URL with a new “Last updated” date.

पढ़ने की प्रगति, बुकमार्क, भाषा और टेक्स्ट आकार जैसी प्राथमिकताएँ केवल आपके डिवाइस पर स्थानीय रूप से सहेजी जा सकती हैं। यह जानकारी हमें नहीं भेजी जाती।

वर्तमान संस्करण में विज्ञापन, एनालिटिक्स, क्लाउड सिंक या लॉगिन SDK सक्रिय नहीं है। भविष्य में डेटा-संग्रह वाली सुविधा जोड़ी जाती है, तो इस नीति को अपडेट किया जाएगा।
